LESSON POLICIES
All clients MUST abide by the following RULES. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are MORE that 10 Minutes FOR Late FOR ANY REASON you will still be charged for your lesson NO REFUNDS/NO EXCEPTIONS. If you find that you're running late you can CALL and reschedule and you will not be charged!!
Important Information Regarding Riding Lessons & Camp Dress Code
All prospective & current clients please be advised of the following information:
Students must wear either jeans or riding pants to attend lessons & camps, they must also be wearing boots with 1/2 to 1 inch heel. Flip flops, summer shoes, & tennis shoes are not acceptable or safe attire for this type of activity.
Important Information Regarding Horse Riding Lessons & Scheduling
WE HAVE INDOOR FACILITIES SO NO WORRIES ABOUT WEATHER!
All clients please be advised that a 1 Hour Private Horse Riding Lesson includes grooming the horse, tacking up, & 30-40 minutes of ride time. If you are running 10 minutes late you must call to inform us and possibly reschedule. Also if you have called and haven't received a return call within 1 business day please be sure to send an EMAIL as this is sometimes the fastest way to reach us during busy times. Please provide riders information, availability & your contact information and we will gladly accommodate you. We're looking forward to hearing from you. We Guarantee 100% satisfaction using our services.
